New Shooter Coming to Sega Dreamcast

Developers HUCAST.net & KonTechs Ltd. are about to release DUX, a 2D shooter with extraordinary graphics and a rocking soundtrack, for the Sega Dreamcast. Unlike previous self-published titles before it, Dux offers some of the best looking 2D visuals on the Dreamcast to date. The current video footage being circulated on the Internet depicts a well-polished title with more gameplay features than your average shoot-em-up.

Dux is scheduled for a June 2009 release and can be pre-ordered from the Developer’s website in Germany or from Stone Age Gamer’s online store.

Breebris for Atari Jaguar CD

Developer Reboot has released its first commercial product for the Atari Jaguar. Beebris is a very addictive puzzle game similar to Tetris. The game supports incredible audio tracks as you try to assemble falling blocks.

Beebris for Jag CD comes with the following features:

New Atari Jaguar Game LadyBugged Coming Soon

The classic game Lady Bug is receiving a facelift on the 64-bit Atari Jaguar. Aptly named LadyBugged, this update offers absolutely beautiful 2D graphics, smooth sprite animations, and gorgeous backgrounds.

The developer promises the same addictive gameplay as the original. LadyBugged is still in development as of this writing, and will see a release on cartridge and also CD for the Jaguar CD expansion.
